The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to provide excellent customer service. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I also loved the fact that breakfast was served until late morning, allowing me to sleep in and still enjoy a delicious meal. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to interesting areas and within walking distance to twenty museums in the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with charming old-world character and some even have balconies with views of the river. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing maps and recommendations for exploring the city. The breakfast is excellent, featuring freshly pressed orange juice, sparkling wine, and traditional pastries. The hotel also has a library/bar on the third floor with cozy armchairs and a terrace overlooking a beautiful garden.

One downside is the unassuming exterior of the hotel, which might not immediately impress upon arrival.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and full of traditional charm. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The breakfast choice was amazing, offering a variety of fresh produce and hot dishes. The hotel also had a cozy library with a beautiful balcony and water view, perfect for relaxing with a drink. The facilities, such as the honesty bar and complimentary cookies, were a nice touch.

The lack of a grand lobby may be disappointing for those seeking a more lavish entrance.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in Lisbon Heritage Collection. The hotel had a lot of character and thoughtful touches, made me feel right at home. The staff were warm and helpful, making me feel welcome. The clean and spacious bedrooms were a delight, and I especially loved the beautiful library where I could relax and unwind. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy any appetite. I also appreciated the all-day free snacks and coffee, which added to the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. The location of the hotel was great, with convenient access to buses and a tram stop nearby. There were also plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and I particularly enjoyed the amazing croissants at La Boulangerie. The hotel's proximity to the Antiquities Museum and the nice park in front of it was a bonus. I had a perfect stay at this hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

It was very convenient to travel to all the sites as there were buses right in front of the hotel. The staff was friendly and always went out of their way to assist us. The highlight of our stay was the lovely outside patio, where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the summer mornings.
